These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you",your") and wau888z ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wau888z website located at https://wau888z.cam, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform (collectively, "the Platform").

wau888z operates as a premium online gaming and sports betting platform serving users primarily in Malaysia, providing access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, and ancillary entertainment products. The Platform processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and supports Malaysian-centric payment solutions including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wau888z.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on wau888z, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wau888z strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently have an existing wau888z Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform, nor have you been previously permanently suspended by wau888z for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of wau888z or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment providers.

When registering an Account on wau888z, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. wau888z reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

4.1 KYC Verification. Prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds, wau888z will require you to complete our KYC verification process. Documents typically required include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport or driver's licence, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in a suspension of withdrawal processing.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify wau888z immediately via our customer support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. wau888z will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. If wau888z detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual by name, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying characteristics, all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances associated with the subsequent account(s) may be voided.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. wau888z does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted deposit channels include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits into your Account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to you. wau888z aims to process the majority of DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within three minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times for other payment methods vary. wau888z reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before releasing withdrawal funds, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winings, and bonuses are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. wau888z is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. These limits are subject to change and are disclosed on the relevant payment method page within your Account dashboard. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced transaction limits at the Company's discretion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on wau888z are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the point of issuance. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements for sports bonuses, and validity periods. Users are advised to review all promotion-specific terms prior to opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds and any winings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a different percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions. wau888z reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, promotional credit, or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies designed specifically to clear bonus wagering requirements at minimal risk, or misrepresenting information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 VIP Programme. wau888z operates a Black Diamond tier loyalty programme comprising four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black Diamond VIP. Tier eligibility, point acrual rates, and tier benefits are subject to periodic review and may be amended by wau888z with reasonable notice. The VIP programme is a discretionary benefit and does not form part of the core contractual agreement.

6.5 Birthday Bonuses. Birthday bonuses are credited at the Company's discretion to verified Accounts where the account holder's date of birth has been confirmed through the KYC process. Birthday bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirements applicable at the time of issuance.

7.1 RNG and Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the Platform use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages accurately reflect the long-term statistical return of each game under normal play conditions. wau888z does not manipulate game outcomes or volatility settings outside of the original specifications provided by the respective game studio.

7.2 Sports Betting. All odds displayed on the Platform's sports betting module are set by wau888z or its designated odds providers. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Bets accepted at odds subsequently found to contain a manifest error may be voided at the Company's discretion, with the stake returned to the User's Account.

7.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system outage affecting the integrity of a wager or game round, wau888z reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to Users. The Company shall have no further liability in respect of such events beyond returning the original stake.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a User's connection is disrupted during an active game round, the game session will resume from its last confirmed state upon reconnection. wau888z will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from connectivity issues on the User's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wau888z Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Employing or attempting to employ any automated wagering systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Coluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where such collusion affects the integrity of the game;
• Chargeback fraud or the reversal of legitimate deposits through your payment provider after wagers have been placed;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location using VPN, proxy, or other geo-masking technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward wau888z staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content owned by wau888z without prior written consent.

9.1 Suspension by wau888z. wau888z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in violation of applicable law. In the event of suspension pending investigation, any balance held in the Account will be preserved until the investigation is concluded.

9.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures and all verified balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. wau888z may apply an administration fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the account dashboard. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and will be given an opportunity to reactivate their account.

wau888z is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling may become problematic, and we have built a range of tools directly into the Platform to help Users manage their gambling behaviour.

10.1 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

10.2 Player Protection Tools. All registered Users have access to the following tools via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration alerts and enforced logouts;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming result;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wau888z makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wau888z, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 wau888z's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance held in your Account at the time of the relevant event.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

wau888z collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We process personal data for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity and age verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

14.2 Escalation. 14.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. 14.4 Time Limitation. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to your Account or your use of the Platform must be raised within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims raised after this period may be rejected by wau888z.
